Deepali Biography
Hailing from Nasik, Deepali Pansare was an engineering student but was always more
inclined to her college cultural activities. She marked her first break on the small screen with
'Hum Ladkiyaan' followed by various shows such as 'Dill Mill Gayye' and Shakuntala.
Deepali has also done a few Marathi films where she has played the lead role in four films
namely 'Most Wanted', 'Parivartan', 'Ek Duja Sathi' and 'Hello Gandhe Sir'.
She will soon be seen on Imagine's 'Neer Bhare Tere Naina – Devi' as Suhaagi. Suhaagi is a
simple lady who is extremely loyal to her husband Ghasita, despite being ill-treated and
beaten by him. She never raises her voice against the domestic violence she faces, but has
one sole aim in life; that is to save her baby Laxmi from being exploited as a Goddess by her husband. Her efforts go in vain but that does not deter her from wanting her daughter to lead a normal life like any other child in the village.

Based on data from women and men leaders working in multinational companies in India, Europe, and the United States, the report offers insights into:

The business case for gender diversity in corporate India,
The regional and gender differences regarding barriers to advancement and work-life emphasis,
And considerations for developing and/or strengthening a strategic framework to create effective policies that foster inclusion.
